We lead the industry in the custom design of “toolings” or “suction cup assemblies”, to make the Vacuum Lifters work with a wide variety of product types. Our Vacuum Lifters can be engineered to attach and lift boxed product, sheet product, assembly parts, food items, bundled product, multiples, buckets, (from the top or the side), bagged product, and many other product types.

We prefer to obtain product samples of your product, and find the best Vacuum Lifting fit for your application. We design the systems complete with the Over Head Crane. We do the installation for you, (no subcontractors), and we follow up periodically after the system is in to make sure everything is working as it should.

Each application is different and each system we put in is different so it is impossible to give a good cost estimate of a complete system until a few basic questions can be answered. Also, we do not claim to be the cheapest on the market, but in terms of having a working system that the workers want to use when everything is done, we consider ourselves a leader in the industry.

Sherwin Williams Distribution Center

Effingham, Illinois

The system at Sherwin Williams is used to re-palletize boxes of paint, (4 one gallon containers to a box). The “Tooling” was custom built to enable the workers to attach and move the paint 6 boxes at a time. The system gave the company a significant boost in productivity and of course made the job of stacking paint, much easier for the employees.

The system has been up and running now for well over 2 years with no problems.

Archer Daniels Midland / Edible Beans

Archer Daniels Midland has a number of our systems in locations throughout the state of North Dakota. The systems are used to attach and lift 100-pound bags of Edible Beans as they come off of a conveyor, and then to stack the 100-pound bags to a pallet. The bags are made of a woven nylon material, which makes them difficult to grip and handle manually. The Vacuum Lifter has made the job of palletizing the Edible Beans much easier and safer for the workers.

Rockwell Allen Bradley Distribution Center

Champaign, Illinois

The system at Rockwell Allen Bradley is used for both boxed product, and also for heavy spools of cable. The Rockwell system was designed with 2 different toolings which can be quickly and easily interchanged in order to use their system on the different product types. Also their system is used in conjunction with a portable Jib Crane which enables the customer to move the system around and use it in different parts of their facility.

MasterBrand Cabinets

Arthur, Illinois

MasterBrand Cabinets is the classic example of a customer who needed our expertise and experience in the design of custom toolings. Their unique application called for the ability to attach to cabinets of different weights, shapes and sizes, pick them up off of a conveyor line and place them on the floor. Later, after improvements are made to the reject cabinets, the system is used to put the cabinets back on the conveyor line.

MasterBrand Cabinets currently has 2 different systems in their Arthur, Illinois location. The first system is used for wall cabinets, which are picked up from the top. The second system is used for corner cabinets, (Lazy Susan), attached from the back and the side.

Stellar Manufacturing

East St. Louis, Illinois

Stellar Manufacturing has 2 systems in their East St. Louis Manufacturing Plant. The first is used to attach and lift 70 pound buckets from the side and place them on a pallet. The second system is used to attach and lift 60 pound bags of pellets off a conveyor and onto a pallet.
